Masterbatch based on Fluoroelastomers active content 2% are widely recommended for improving the process ability of polymers at higher shear rates. Addition of this product eliminates melt fracture, reduce die-build up, reduces die pressure and other process problems related to processing. Addition levels of 2-3% or higher recommended for starting up once the machine is stopped. Normally there is a common practice to process at higher temperatures to get maximum output which causes degradation, die deposition and reduction in mechanical properties. By adding PPA1 Masterbatch, processing is possible at lower temperature with higher output without compromising the mechanical properties.
