FAST408 is a highly processing aid masterbatch based on LLDPE which gives for help extrusion of LLDPE, LDPE, EVA and PE blends.

FAST408 contains 4% of active additives.

APPLICATIONS
By using FAST408, you can have following properties:
  • increase output
  • reduce melt fracture problems
  • lower melt temperature
  • avoid die and extrusion defects
  • increase film properties
  • very effective in high filled recipes
  • antiblock property

The main level of use FAST408 is between 0,5% to 1,5% for normal processing aid.
For more difficult formulations, (high filler content…), a level of 3% or higher, could be required.
