RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION:

ULTRA-BLEND™ 5500 functions as a combination of compatibilizer and internal lubricant. Added during the first stage of the mixing process, it helps to increase shear forces which leads to smaller phases of the polymer (blend). This creates a larger surface for filler absorption.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 5500, during down line processing, like extrusion, calendering,etc., improves flow and surface due to the internal lubrication effect, created by the metal soap part!

ULTRA-BLEND™ 5500 works with most polymer system, except for halogenated polymers, like ECO,CR,CIIR.
