Preniphor™ EPFR-400 series are developed especially for thermoplastic polyurethane. The FR TPU can be used in power cables, communication cables, geographic exploration cables and auto cables, etc. TPU with EPFR-400 series can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm), UL 1581 VW-1 and other flame retardant grades. It is free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the council.

Preniphor™ EPFR-400B, mainly contains N and P, is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant. It has been developed especially for the thermoplastic polyurethane. This flame retardant functions in the condensed phase and the gas phase. The FR TPU can be used in power cables, communication cables, geographic exploration cables and auto cables, etc.
