Nitrophor™ FR series are low halogen environmental friendly flame retardants, mainly applied in PP. With low dosage of Nitrophor™ FR series, PP can easily reach UL94 V-2 especially with NitrophorTM FR1000, and meet the non-halogen requirement of IEC 61249-2-21. Nitrophor™ FR series have below advandages:

Nitrophor™ FR1000 is a kind of new low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant with N, P, and Br for PP. Compared with bromine-based flame retardant, Nitrophor™ FR1000 has advantages of low dosage, low bromine content, no migration and no need of Sb2O3. Besides, it is also suitable for mineral filling system and masterbatch system.

Advantages:

• Nitrophor™ FR1000 applied in homopolymerized PP, the lowest dose of 1.2% could reach UL 94 V-2

• Nitrophor™ FR1000 applied in PP, the bromine content is less than 900ppm, which could meet the non-halogen requirement

• Nitrophor™ FR1000 applied in PP, no migration and no need of Sb2O3
