Anti blocking additive.
MOULEX® WE04A is an additive to avoid sticking between the sheets of impregnated papers during storage at a wide range of temperatures and humidity. It is very suitable for aqueous resins and especially UF, MUF and phenolic resins.

Generally MOULEX® WE04A is added to the glue in the second bath. It migrates to the surface of the paper during the curing cycle and forms an extremely thin coat between each sheet of paper.

MOULEX® WE04A is systematically used when the sheet of impregnated paper has to be stored for a long period on extreme storage conditions. In this case, the use of MOULEX® WE04A as an internal addition would be insufficient and we recommend spraying the product directly onto the impregnated paper, midway the oven.
