EP -927
EP-927 is a brand new ultramicro inorganic flame restardant synergist with excellent properties, mainly used to reduce the decomposition of bromine base flame retardants and the migration and yellowing of phosphorus flame retardants.
PROPERTIES
White powder,insoluble in water.
APPLICATIONS
EP927 is mainly in engineering plastics, such as PA, PET, PBT, PC, PC/ABS, to solve the problems which are caused by bromine and phosphorus base flame retardants, such as low stability, smoke formation, migration and equipment corrosion.
BENEFITS
Absorb the acid residues generated by bromine/phosphorus base flame retardant during processing of engineering plastics, reduce the influence of smoke on equipment corrosion.
Solve the yellowing problem of bromin base flame retardant engineering plastics, especially white colour product.
Easy processing, provide long-term stability of flame retardant plastics.
USAGES
Mix EP-927 with bromine/phosphorus base flame retardant in high speed mix blender. Then compound the mixture with engineering plastics and other processing aids through extruder.
Recommended dosage is 0.3~1%.
