TMA-3 is an efficient sort of alpha-crystalline nucleating agent classified as salts of aryl carboxylic acid for polyolefins. It can enhance the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, impact strength and surface gloss, and also shorten cycle time during the molding process. TMA-3 is especially suitable for enhancing stiffness and clarity of polypropylene injection moldings. TMA-3 has white chroma, minute granularity, and excellent dispersibilty due to the use of a special process.

TMA-3 is an economical and efficient ?-crystalline nucleating agent classified as salts of aryl carboxylicacid for polyolefins. It has moderate rate of crystallization, and it can be used for impact modification, stiffness modification and clarity modification. Additionally, the advantages of its white chroma, minute granularity, excellent dispersibility and less odor make it suitable for use in small-sized household appliances injection molded items such as polypropylene electric cooker, vaccum cleaner, heater andin the production of the special-purpose composition such as washer barrels and battery separator. The recommended dosage range is 0.2-0.5%. In order to further improve the dispersing effect, it can be coordinated with dispersant agents such as polyethylene wax, oxidated polyethylene wax and wax oil.
