Application:

  • Popularly used in LDPE film, laminated film, multi-layer co-extruded film, gas bead bag, ultra-thin film, PVC rolling film, PP, slipping agent of CPP, ringent, and anti-statistic
  • Used as lubricant and mold release agent in EVA, POM, PC, PET, PBT, PA, and PT, etc.
  • Used as smooth agent and anti-statistic agent in PU surface treating agent and fibre master batch
  • Applied plastic table printing ink and anti-caking, leveling agent & smoothing agent of PE thermal plastic dipping
  • Working as lubricant and dispersant of toner, color paste, and color mater batch;
The necessary additive for smoothness mater batch
  • Serving as metal protecting agent and lubricant for polyolefin sheet

Features:

  • Physical index: solid& waxy, with an unsaturated double-bond in molecules
  • It is insoluble in water, but with certain solubility in organic solvents such as benzene, ketone, esters, alcohol, turpentine.
  • It is compatible well with resin, and stable with heat, oxygen and UV rays.
  • It is of typical polar and non-polar molecular structure. It could form monomolecular film on the surface of the materials.
  • It has many functions, namely, ringent, anti-adhesive, smoothness, slipping agent, leveling agent, mold-release, water-proof, ant- settling, anti-fouling, anti-statistic and dispersity.
  • It is an excellent non-ionic surfactant with non toxicity, non-corrosion (refer to FDA).
