Application
1. Apply to film blowing film, extrusion and drawing fiber, cable sheath, pipe, sheet, plastic profiles, etc., Also suitable for BOPP and CPP film blowing technology.
2. Recommended dosage 2-3% (depends on process technology)
Product Features
- Eliminate melt fracture, increase surface bright, smooth and clean of product
- reduce film's crystal stain and fisheye number
- reduce or even remove accumulated plastic in die head, extend compound time
- suitable for temperature sensitive resin or the resin under low temperature extrusion
- lifting equipment's production and saving energy under same back press of machine
- increase printing layering and avoid double images & shadows in film printing
