The Baion® product line offers additives for use in rubber and plastics compounding and extrusion. They are pre-packaged, pre-formulated blends of surfactants, waxes and other proprietary additives.
Baion® 4555 is a zinc soap of unsaturated fatty acids, which have proven to be effective as physical peptizers for natural and synthetic rubber compounds. Baion ® 4555 will reduce compound viscosity under shear, increase flow rate and improve mill release. Because of its high level of unsaturation, it will not bloom to adversely effect adhesion.
