Silicone masterbatch LYSI-06 is a pelletized fomulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in PP. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small dosage can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Use methods:
LYSI-06 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly
Recommend dosage:
When added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the product's processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
