Preniphor™ EPFR-100 series have been developed especially for various PP products, and can be used in other polyolefin products as well. Containing acid source, gas source and carbon source, EPFR-100 series take effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism. PP with EPFR-100 series can pass the tests of UL94-V0 (1.5mm), 70°C×168 hours water-immersion (UL746C). It also pass the test of GWIT 750°C and GWFI 960°C. Moreover, it is free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the Council.

Preniphor™ EPFR-100C, mainly contains N and P, is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant for polyolefin. It has been developed especially for various PP products, and can be used in other polyolefin products as well. Containing acid source, gas source and carbon source, Preniphor™ EPFR-100C takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism.
