Preniphor™ EPFR-110 series is a newly developed nitrogen-phosphorus based flame retardant used mainly for polyolefins, e.g. homo-PP, co-PP, LDPE, HDPE, EVA and other. it can provide polyolefins with excellent flame retardancy by formation of intumescent char, which reduces the generation of both dark smoke and CO gas during combustion, Different from EPFR-100 series, water-sliding surface won't happen to polyolefin with EPFR-110 series during the process of extrusion.

Preniphor™ EPFR-110A is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant with N and P, especially designed for glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. Preniphor™ EPFR-110A contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retardancy effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism.
