Nitrophor™ FR1001 Planilha

Nitrophor™ FR series are low halogen environmental friendly flame retardants, mainly applied in PP. With low dosage of Nitrophor™ FR series, PP can easily reach UL94 V-2 especially with NitrophorTM FR1000, and meet the non-halogen requirement of IEC 61249-2-21. Nitrophor™ FR series have below advandages:

• Low dosage (1-3%)

• High efficient flame retardancy (UL 94 V-2, GWIT 750°C)

• Low halogen & environmentally friendly

• No need to add Sb2O3

• Good anti-migration

• Excellent processibility

Nitrophor™ FR1001 is a kind of new low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant with N, P, and Br for PP. Compared with bromine-based flame retardant, Nitrophor™ FR1001 has advantages of low dosage, low bromine content, no migration and no need of Sb2O3. Besides, it is also suitable for mineral filling system and masterbatch system.

Advantages:

• Nitrophor™ FR1001 applied in homopolymerized PP, the lowest dose of 1.2% could reach UL 94 V-2
