Zhejiang Jiaao Enprotech Stock Compound Eco-Friendly Plasticizer JLD819
JLD-819 is a new type of chlorinated plasticizer exacted from vegetable oil by modification. JLD-819 can fully replace chlorinated paraffin. In comparison with chlorinated paraffin, the advantages of JLD-819 are as below:
1, Better in intermiscibility and plasticizing efficiency. It overcomes the shortcomings of chlorinated paraffin, such as bad intermiscibility, lack of flexibility etc. JLD-819 can replace 40%~60% of main plasticizer (DOP), which effectively reduces the cost of PVC products.
2, JLD-819 measures up to EU's import condition and can pass SGS Test as it does not contain short chain of chlorinated paraffin(C10~C13 chlorinated paraffin).
3, Better cryogenic property than chlorinated paraffin.
4, Execlled in flame retardance and electrical insulating property
