Zinc Borate 223 ZB600 Excellent Grade
Applications:
Zinc Borate have some formulations of xZnO.yB2O3 . zH2O in which there is different crystal hydrate. ZB600 grade has 3 crystal hydrate its formulation , ithas low dehydration temperature at 200 ? ,so the processing temperature is low.
ZB 600 grade is one smoke suppressant, also can be used as an afterglow suppressant and anti-arcing agent in certain applications. Due to its high Zinc content, ZB 600 is mainly used in EVA, PVC etc, and also has applications in polyolefin, polyurethanes, thermoplastic elastomers, rubbers, etc.
