COMPOSITION: ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 is a mixture of fatty acid esters and amides.
FUNCTION: Ultraplast™ WF103 is a metal free fatty acid derivative. It can be used in rubber and plastics compounding with special emphasis on WPC ( wood plastic composites).
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION:
ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 is a high performance processing additive which enhances polymer/filler interactions in most polymer systems. It also promotes fiber dispersion in all wood filled composites.
Rubber compounding:
ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 is effective in increasing flow and release properties as well as promoting overall processability!
WPC/Plastics:
It can be used in standard polymers like PE, PP and PVC, as well as in PS and ABS systems. Since it is metal free, ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 is suitable in systems where coupling agents are present.
