The Flex B™ performance additive is a highly engineered boron compound designed to drastically reduce flame propagation in plastics and coatings. Unlike all traditional FR additives, FlexB™ binds into the backbone of the polymer, allowing for lower load levels and increased performance.

Applications:
Flex B™, is specifically designed for high performance in nylon, epoxies and water based coatings.

Performance:
Flex B™ has achieved v-0 rating in nylon at very low load levels (3%). Performance in water-based coatings and epoxy is achieved at 3-8% loading levels.
