ZY-0104 taking LDPE as carrier resin, compounded with high efficient antistatic agent and brightness agent by imported advanced internal mixer. It is used to avoid static caused on surface of plastic products to reduce dust absorbing on Polyolefin products, especially used to high grade anti-static PE film.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• small dosage, effect fast, efficient, 4% added may get 10^9 Ohm resistance on the top of plastic products

• good transparent, low fogging, lasts long, may applied food packing

• non effect on plastic film's thermal seal, easy open

APPLICATION
1. Apply to PE,PP,EVA,PA plastic products. It is suitable for blowing, curtain coating, extrusion, injection, rotational molding technology to resist static raising to reduce dust collection and adsorbing, such as packing film, bags, plastic butch, pipes, sheets, etc.
2. Recommended dosage 4%.
3. Warning: even our antistatic MB added, because of the air's moisture content difference, the value reading of static on product surface a little flowing is acceptable.
