EN61 taking PE as carrier resin, compound with imported sticky agent by internal mixer machine. Because of its special formula, compare to congeneric product EN61 owns well overlap joint property and release property at the same time. Compare to adding liquid glue products use our EN61 MB with higher tensile strength, faster extrusion speed, lower power consume, which suitable to great volume production and lift product grade.

Application
1. EN61 used to produce self-adhesion wrapping film, pasture binding film, pad pasting film, protection film and fresh-keeping film.
2. Recommended dosage 2-4% for general film while preservative film 0.5-1%. Added in mixing process and exudation time better between 24 and 72 hours.
3. During film blowing or curtain coating in order to get better adhesion there must be non opening agent contains in resin.
