Red Phosphorus MB taking PE resin as carrier, non-toxic superfine microencapsulation coated red phosphorus as main flame retardant agent and many auxiliary flame retardant agents working together, compound with super dispersing agent, anti-oxygen agent produced by advanced internal mixer equipment. The flame retardant principle is, red phosphorus burning produce phosphorus pentoxide and after absorbing moisture phosphorus pentoxide produce metaphosphoric acid and potassium polymetaphostphate which form a non volatilize protection layer cover on burning surface, meanwhile resolve and absorb great amount heat to produce many poly condensate to help high polymer burned into carbon. Our phosphorus series flame retardant masterbatch taking great advantage on efficient, environment protection, production and convenient. We also help design different content flame retardant masterbatch according customer's requirements.

Application
1. Widely apply to PE, PP, EVA, PA products, especially used to modified plastic prilling, extrusion, injection technical. Melting well with basic resin.
2. Needn't drying and directly mixing with basic resin before feeding. Recommended dosage 10% or depends on special demand.
