ZY-0740 MB taking PP as carrier compound with many auxiliary agent by advanced technology.

Product Features
  • Increase PP flowing, general added 0.1% could make MFI lift twice to make tine wall products filled fully in die head.
  • Decrease PP processing temperature up to 20-30 degrees C
  • making common PP plastic (such as PPT30S) suitable to coasting film
  • reduce power consume, lift efficience, improve operation environment

Application
1. Apply to PP injection, extrusion, drawing, coasting, granules producing to lift its melting. Also apply to mixing modify, filler modify to increase clothing property.
2. Recommended dosage 0.1% (or depends on final product demand)
