Pre-dispersed CTP-80 is a kind of vulcanization anti-burned agent used to natural rubber and synthetic rubber to slow vulcanization time but no effect on total vulcanization course time. Well improving production safety meanwhile non effect on vulcanization rubber's properties while working with sulfenamide agent or thiazole agent. It can apparent enhance un-vulcanizate rubber's storing stabilization and safety under high temperature accordingly increase production. It will not cause touching pollution.

3. Well flowing, non-dust flying, feeding fast while disperse evenly in different rubber to guarantee activating
4. Reduce defect in rubber products and improve compounded rubber's static property. Suggested fed at the end compounding for it is pre dispersed processed.

Application & Dosage
Suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber which taking sulfenamide or thiazoles as main promoters (tire/tyre, conveyor belt, shoe sole, molded and extrude rubber products).
