Description
Calcium oxide absorbs moisture to produce calcium hydroxide to makes rubber products avoid sponginess disfigurement because of the exists of steam when it is extruded and vulcanized under non pressure's conditions. Technology Pre dispersed CaO-80 is a kind of pre-dispersed drier agent carried by EPDM/EVA mixed. Its combined elastomer contains thermoplasticity which not only melt with Polarity general plastic, but also melt with non polarity rubber. The combined elastomer and its surfactants and dispersants guarantee absorbed quickly and dispersed perfect. Application and Dosage This kind of product could be applied to the constant vulcanizing extrusion processes that need hot air, Laboratory Fluid Belt Dryers, salt bath. Pre dispersed CaO-80 can be used to foaming products, especially in micro hole sponge rubber products. General 2-10 phr, it depends on feeding volume, species and moisture. |
