产品说明
ZY-1808 taking PE as carrier resin, added BaSO4 powder and other agents compound together. BaSO4 filling volume is huge, process property wonderful, color and luster good, non effect on product's transparent and glossing. What's more, it can melt well with basic resin while improve resin's processing property and application property, accordingly it can greatly reduce production cost to become an ideal multifunctional modified master batch.

Product Features
  • Character superfine and purity, processing property good, high dosage, non toxic, non moisture absorbing, non color fading.
  • Increase product's mechanical property, anti wearing, aging resisting, etc. Overcome plastic's low strength, being sensitive to cold, poor stiffing, easy floating, etc.
  • from increasing interface joint between Polyolefin plastic and nonpolar substance to improve its sticky and melting property with other substance.
  • Owning moisture resistance property, chemical corrosion resisting property, non harmful chemical reacting with other agent, non harmful impurity exists for resin's processing.

Application:
1. Apply to PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA plastic in different technology such as film blowing, sheeting, injection molding, drawing, etc., material's basic properties kept well.
2. Recommended dosage 8-50% or depends on customer's demands
